Brief: Design, plan & build a complete new roof to house – with glass covered courtyard, to increase house space from 900sq mtr to 1,00sq mtr. Add Velux windows all round. Remove two redundant chimneys and seal off. Creat two bedrooms with with ensuite facilities and one office to enable working from home. Finish all off to top-grade standard and decorate throughout o a contemporary style, as instructed.
Timeframe: start to finish, 12 weeks. Completed £1200 under specified budget!
